The Devonport Half Marathon has been around in one form or another for well over 20 years and exists in it's current format in the heart of Devonport village since 2015. But those numbers aren't impressing the beautiful villas and historic homes of this stunning suburb right across the harbour from Auckland City. The Devonport Half Marathon takes in the eastern edge of this beautiful area with beaches, views and history at every step.

One Week Back, Full Speed Forward
Running Events, organisers of the Harcourts Cooper & Co Devonport Half Marathon, have revealed the event will move back one week from it’s traditional early October date. The move makes room for the upgraded Run Orewa event, which now joins the Auckland Half Marathon Series as the Millwater Half Marathon.
